Feta Rolls:
8oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 clove garlic, grated
16–20 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
Chili Honey Sauce:
1 tbsp salted butter
1–2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/3cup honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the feta, dill, and garlic. Prepare a bowl with olive oil for brushing.
Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface, fold it in half crosswise, brush with olive oil, add feta, and roll up the phyllo.
Brush the rolls with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Melt together butter, oil, chili flakes, and cumin. Stir in honey.
Serve the rolls warm with chili honey sauce for dipping/drizzling.
