  • 1/2 cup honey, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer Phyllo: Lay one sheet of phyllo in the dish, brush with melted butter, and repeat with 6 more sheets, stacking them neatly.
  3. Prepare Semolina Custard: Whisk semolina, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the phyllo base.
