  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (optional)

For the Stir Fry:

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Ground black pepper, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut Chicken and Marinate: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Stir Fry Chicken: Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok. Add garlic and marinated chicken. Stir fry until chicken is no longer translucent. Remove chicken from heat and set aside.
  3. Cook Zucchini: Add more oil to the pan if needed. Stir fry zucchini until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine and Finish: Return chicken to the pan. Add oyster sauce and black pepper. Stir fry until chicken is cooked through and zucchini is tender.
  5. Serve: Remove from heat and serve hot.
