  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce*
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce* (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey*
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut and Marinate the Chicken: Cut chicken thighs into cubes. Mix with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt. Whisk together.
  3. Thread and Air Fry: Skewer marinated chicken. Brush with Bang Bang sauce. Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
