For the Salad:

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cup red onion, slivered

For the Honey Mustard:

  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp whole grain dijon
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • dash of sea salt

Instructions
